Secrets AI Review 2026: discreet down to the card statement, and you pay in Moments
Secrets AI review 2026: three scenes, a memory check after seven days, Moments costs, pricing from $19.99 and the privacy policy read. My grade and who it fits.
Verdict. Secrets AI is the most discreet adult platform in my test field: no name at signup, a neutral line on the card statement, deleted call audio, and a memory you can look into and correct. In exchange, the entry point now starts at $19.99 since the $9.99 tier was cut, and everything except text is billed in a currency called Moments. Grade B−.
The first thing Secrets AI wants from you is not your name. It is a checkbox saying you are over eighteen, then an email address, a username, a password, done. In this Secrets AI review that is exactly why the platform stays in my field: it is the only one where after two weeks I had not handed over a single detail that leads back to me, and the only one that shows up on the card statement as the neutral line S LABS INC.
The second thing it wants from you lands a few messages later. It is called Moments, and it is the credit that pays for every image, every clip, every minute of voice call, every second character of your own, and even having a reply read out loud. Text is unlimited inside the subscription; everything else runs through this currency, and the monthly allowance resets when you renew. Understand that up front and you pay $19.99 and find the price fair. Miss it and you get a top-up prompt by the third weekend.
As a game master, one thing surprised me that has nothing to do with discretion: the memory here is not a black box. There is a panel where every stored fact sits with a weighting of HIGH, MEDIUM or LOW, and you can edit it or throw it out. So after a seven-day break I could not only check what came back, I could look up why something was missing. I have wanted that from every app in this field for three years.
This review is for you if discretion is your top criterion and you want to know where the register rings before you put a card on file. Three things up front. The old $9.99 tier no longer exists; the entry point is $19.99 a month or $109.99 a year. The sociable features sit one floor up in Ultimate. And the home page promises end-to-end encryption that the privacy policy does not actually describe. My cat Pixel sabotaged the memory check by jumping onto the keyboard, which is why scene three exists in two versions.
What is Secrets AI?
Secrets AI is an adult AI character app run by Secret Labs Inc., based in Dover, Delaware. You write with characters drawn either realistically or in anime style, generate images and short clips of them, talk to them on a voice call, and on the top plan you can pull up to three characters into one group chat. The platform only runs in the browser, but it installs as a web app. You pay on two levels: a subscription, Premium at $19.99 or Ultimate at $39.99 a month, and on top of that Moments, the credit for every action beyond text.
How I tested Secrets AI
I check every AI character app with the same routine: three fixed scenes, a week off, then the memory check, plus a look at the checkout page and a full read of the privacy policy. Scene one is the tavern, an open start with no goal. Scene two is the interrogation, where the character has to hold a lie under pressure. Scene three is the quiet evening with no plot, the test for personality. Week one ran on the free plan with 20 of my own messages a day, week two on a month of Premium I paid for myself. There I generated images in both modes, ran two clips in adult mode, made one voice call and built a character of my own while the Moments balance visibly shrank. Last came the wiki, the changelog, the terms of service, the refund rules and the privacy policy.
- Plans checked: Free, Premium over 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, Ultimate monthly and yearly; the legacy Lite and Plus tiers discontinued according to the wiki
- Three scenes: Tavern, interrogation, quiet evening, played with a character I built myself and one from the library
- Memory check: seven-day break, then questions about details from scene one and scene three, with no keyword, and the memory panel open to check against
- Free plan: 20 of your own messages a day, tied to the device, 200 starter Moments once, no buying Moments, no rewind
- Paid for myself: $19.99 for one month of Premium, then canceled in the settings before it renewed
- Cost per action checked: image 50 Moments, in 2K 100, video in adult mode 600, voice call 50 per minute, second character of your own 500, read-aloud 10 per 100 characters
- Documents read: the wiki with its plan, Moments, image and video pages, the changelog up to November 2025, the privacy policy dated April 10, 2026, the terms of service, the refund policy
- Not checked myself: the Ultimate features group chat, Personas, character-initiated messages and S4 mode; the quarterly and half-year Ultimate prices, which only appear on third-party sites
What Secrets AI gets right
Discreet from signup to the card statement
Email, username, password, nobody asks for more; signing in with Google or Apple is possible but optional, and a name field only ever shows up as an offer. The statement reads S LABS INC according to both the wiki and the privacy policy, and checkout prints that descriptor openly beforehand. If you want no card trail at all, you pay through a crypto processor with a $20 minimum. Voice calls are transcribed in real time and the audio is then deleted immediately, by the company's own account, leaving only the text so the character remembers the conversation. Nobody else in my field ships that whole package.
A memory you can look into and correct
For a running campaign this is the single most important feature on the platform. Every fact you mention lands in the memory panel with a weighting, and you can read it there, rewrite it or discard it. On top of that there is a mode where the character visibly searches old conversations before replying, marked by a thinking indicator. In my check after seven days, four of five details from the tavern came back, and the fifth was verifiably missing because it had been filed as LOW. I dragged it up to HIGH, and after that it stuck.
Characters hold the role and the tone you set
The spice levels are called Mild, Medium and Spicy, and they really do change the tone, not just how explicit things get. On request the characters switch between short messages at texting rhythm and paragraphs with description, which in the interrogation is the difference between a transcript and prose. In scene two my character held the lie across eleven messages and only gave it up once I had a real contradiction in hand. That is the best role-keeping I have seen outside [SpicyChat](/en/reviews/spicychat/), and it is the reason for the 8 on conversation.
The provider documents its limits instead of hiding them
There is a wiki that lists every plan, every limit and every Moments price in tables, and a dated changelog: new interface on September 15, 2026, Shorts on August 12, character-initiated messages on July 28, Ultimate on January 20. The privacy policy names the legal entity, the encryption standard and the retention period per data category. After a week of reading I knew more about billing on this app than I do about most competitors after a month of use, and failed images and videos are refunded automatically.
One email a week: price changes, new grades and what an AI character app really costs per month once credits and image costs are counted in.
Where Secrets AI frustrated me
Who it is not for: people on a ten-dollar budget
Until this year there was Lite at $5.99 and Plus at $9.99 with 3,000 Moments. The wiki now says both tiers are gone for new subscribers, and anyone still on one gets moved to Premium at the next renewal, with at least 14 days' notice. The migration table is blunt: $9.99 becomes $19.99, $24.99 a quarter becomes $49.99, $44.99 for six months becomes $89.99, $79.99 a year becomes $109.99. If ten dollars is your ceiling, this is no longer your platform; the cheaper entry points are in my [ranking of AI character apps](/en/best/ki-charakter-apps/).
Who it is not for: players who want images and clips on the side
Text is unlimited inside the subscription, everything else is credit. An image costs 50 Moments, 100 in 2K, a clip in adult mode 600, a minute of voice call 50, a second character of your own 500, having a reply read out loud 10 per 100 characters, and Shorts episodes get unlocked from the same pot. Premium's 8,000 Moments sound like a lot, and for writers they are. Two clips a week, though, is already 4,800 of them before a single image exists, and the allowance resets at renewal instead of rolling over.
Who it is not for: group tables on a small subscription
The features that turn a chat into a table sit in Ultimate at $39.99 a month: group chats with up to three characters, Personas, messages the character sends on her own, access to the personality fields, messages up to 2,000 characters and S4 mode. Premium gives you the stronger memory and video, not the sociable layer. If you move up from a monthly plan you pay the new plan in full, with no dollar credit, though unused Moments do at least convert into credit that never expires.
Who it is not for: purists about model training
The home page promises end-to-end encryption. The privacy policy describes AES-256 at rest, TLS from version 1.2 in transit and role-based access for staff. That is solid protection, but it is not end-to-end encryption, and the same document lists training and improving the company's own AI models as a purpose of processing. I found no switch against it on any official page. If you want your text kept out of training, your only option here is not to write it.

Who should actually use Secrets AI
Secrets AI is worth it for you if discretion sits at the top of your list. No name required, a neutral line on the statement, crypto payment available, deleted call audio and a privacy policy that says per data category how long something sits around: that is unique in my field. If on top of that you mostly write and treat images as a side dish, Premium on the yearly plan at $109.99 is the right tier, because it lands at about $9.17 a month.
It is also worth it if you run a campaign and get annoyed at every app that treats your memory as a black box. The panel with its HIGH, MEDIUM and LOW weightings is a tool: before an important session you can look up what the character knows about your side characters, and correct what got filed wrong instead of laboriously overwriting it in chat. More on which fields a character actually needs is in my guide to [creating your own AI character](/en/guides/ki-charakter-erstellen/).
Secrets AI is not worth it if ten dollars is your ceiling, if images and clips are the main event, or if you want group tables without paying $39.99. For the cheap unfiltered entry point I take [SpicyChat](/en/reviews/spicychat/), for images [Candy AI](/en/reviews/candy/), for the longest memory [Nomi AI](/en/reviews/nomi/). And anyone who makes video a habit should budget for top-ups on this platform from day one, not for the allowance.
Secrets AI review: three scenes and the test at the memory panel
For this Secrets AI review I used two characters: a mercenary I built myself with a clipped way of speaking, and a finished character from the library. The same three scenes, the same questions after seven days, and for the first time in this field the option of looking up, after the check, what the character had actually stored.
The tavern: a calm start, a clean rhythm
Scene one is open: my player character walks into an inn, knows nobody, has no goal. The mercenary did not ask how I was doing. She made a remark about the rain outside and then waited. That waiting is exactly what separates a usable character from a questionnaire.
On request the chat switches between short messages and paragraphs with description. I started with paragraphs and moved to short lines after ten minutes, when the scene needed pace. Both held without me having to repeat the instruction.
The interrogation: eleven messages until the lie falls
Scene two is the stress test. The character has to hold a lie while my player character pushes. The mercenary fought back for eleven messages, first by dodging, then by counterattacking, and caved once I had a contradiction with her own statement from scene one in hand.
What stood out: the spice level changes not just how explicit things get, but how sharp the character is. On Mild she was more polite and gave in sooner; on Medium she played the pressure back at me. The third level is meant for adult content; a hard interrogation runs fine on the middle one. I did not see a single canned deflection sentence, the kind I know from filtered apps, in either run.
The quiet evening and the memory check after seven days
Scene three has no plot, only two characters and time. This is where you notice most clearly whether there is a personality behind the replies. My character told me about an old scar, pressed three times when I answered briefly, and when I went silent she sometimes stayed quiet too.
After a seven-day break I asked, with no keyword, about five details: the name of a side character, the place, the reason for the argument, the weather and my own plan. Four came back. The fifth, the weather, was missing, and in the memory panel it sat there as LOW. I dragged it to HIGH, repeated the question, and after that it stuck. That is the difference between an app that forgets and an app where I can repair the forgetting.
My conclusion from the three scenes: as a tool for an ongoing story, this platform is stronger than its price suggests, and the panel replaces part of the notes I have to keep by hand at Joi AI. It still does not reach the memory of Nomi AI.
Secrets AI pricing: what the subscription and Moments add up to
The price question has two levels here, and anyone who only looks at the first one gets the math wrong. Level one is the subscription, level two the credit called Moments.
The plans at a glance
| Term | Price | Per month | Moments per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Premium, 1 month | $19.99 | $19.99 | 8,000 |
| Premium, 3 months | $49.99 once | about $16.66 | 8,000 |
| Premium, 6 months | $89.99 once | about $15.00 | 8,000 |
| Premium, 12 months | $109.99 once | about $9.17 | 8,000 |
| Ultimate, 1 month | $39.99 | $39.99 | 15,000 |
| Ultimate, 12 months | $319.99 once | about $26.67 | 15,000 |
The jump from monthly to yearly cuts the price by more than half, which is better than most competitors manage. In exchange the entry point is harsh: the legacy Lite tier at $5.99 and Plus at $9.99 are gone according to the wiki, existing members get moved to Premium at the next renewal, with at least 14 days’ warning and the option of canceling first. Every recommendation for the nine-dollar tier you may still read somewhere describes an offer that no longer exists.
What each action costs in Moments
| What you do | Moments | At 8,000 a month |
|---|---|---|
| Image at standard resolution | 50 | 160 images |
| Image in 2K | 100 | 80 images |
| Clip in adult mode, 8 seconds | 600 | 13 clips |
| Voice call, per minute | 50 | 160 minutes |
| Second character of your own | 500 | the first one is free |
| Having a reply read aloud, per 100 characters | 10 | noticeable on the side |
Every reference shot beyond the first costs 10 Moments extra, regenerating a look 100 for four proposals, an extra persona image 150. In practice you mix, and video ends your month early: two clips a week is 4,800 Moments before the first image exists. My own Premium month ended with an empty allowance and a small top-up.
The rule that actually hurts
The allowance resets to the plan value at renewal. Unused Moments do not travel into the next month, so your balance can drop on renewal day. Purchased Moments, by contrast, do not expire, and anyone who moves up mid-month from a monthly plan gets the unused allowance converted into credit that never expires. That exception is generous; the basic rule is not.
My real monthly figure: with three scene evenings a week, pure text and the yearly plan, I land at about $9.17. With one image an evening it stays there, because 8,000 Moments cover that. With two clips a week the bill lands at roughly $30 a month, and therefore above what I noted for image platforms in my ranking of AI character apps.
Secrets AI experience with images, videos and Shorts
This is where the money goes, and this is where the platform is technically strongest. The changelog shows a new image model for the advanced mode in July 2026, second-generation characters that only generate there, and a studio that bundles images and clips on one page.
Two image modes, and why only one is any good
Standard mode takes comma-separated keywords up to 1,000 characters and delivers what the wiki itself soberly calls “good.” Advanced mode takes a scene description in ordinary sentences up to 2,000 characters, up to five reference shots from your gallery, five aspect ratios and the resolutions 1K, 1.5K and 2K; 4K is listed as announced.
The difference in my Secrets AI experience is obvious: in advanced mode the same character looked like the same person across more than a dozen images, in standard mode she did not. On top come batches of up to eight images at once, templates for clothing, action and location, and group images with up to three characters that the platform picks out of the conversation history. The most common complaint on Trustpilot is deformed hands and poses that ignore the prompt; that happened to me more often in standard mode than in advanced.
Clips: short, expensive, surprisingly patiently documented
Video requires a paid subscription and always starts from a generated image. The advanced model comes as a quality variant from 480p to 4K with 4 to 15 seconds and sound always on, and as a fast variant up to 720p, each with control over the first and last frame. Adult mode is fixed at 720p, 8 seconds, no sound, 600 Moments.
The prompt guide in the wiki is more honest than most: more than one camera move per shot stutters, and 50 to 200 words about motion beat another description of the scene. For me a clip took a few minutes, and an independent tester puts the success rate at around 70 percent. The fact that failed attempts are refunded automatically takes the edge off the annoyance.
Shorts and voice calls as line items in your budget
Shorts are short serial episodes with the platform’s characters, available since August 12, 2026 and refreshed weekly. The first episodes run free, later ones unlock in order with Moments, and the dialog names the cost beforehand. It is entertaining, and it is one more drain on the same allowance that pays for your images; I found no wiki entry with prices per episode.
Voice calls cost 50 Moments a minute, run in more than 70 languages and work in groups as a test feature at the same rate. The audio is transcribed in real time and then deleted, according to both the wiki and the privacy policy, with only the text staying for the memory. Ten minutes on a call is 500 Moments, a sixteenth of the Premium allowance. As the high point of a session that is worth it; as a habit it is not.
Is Secrets AI safe? Discretion, the company and privacy
The question of whether Secrets AI is safe splits in two: what does the provider know about you, and what do the people around you know? On the second part this platform is the best in my field; on the first it is solid with one clear gap.
Company, rules and age control
The service is run by Secret Labs Inc. of Dover, Delaware; the terms of service mention registration in both Canada and the United States. Disputes go through arbitration on an individual basis. Characters modeled on real people get deleted with no refund, and the terms invoke an exemption under 18 U.S.C. §2257 on the grounds that no real humans are depicted.
The age limit is 18 and gets asked with a checkbox, not an ID. Automated checks block content involving minors, self-harm and violence, and a stopped request costs no Moments. If you want a field with stricter filtering, the tamer apps are in my overview of Character.AI alternatives.
What the privacy policy actually says
The policy is dated April 10, 2026 and is unusually concrete. Section two names AES-256 for stored data, TLS from version 1.2 in transit, role-based access and ongoing monitoring of that access. Section three says chat text can be stored and processed, that you cannot upload files or images because all media is generated, and that call audio is deleted immediately and permanently after transcription.
Section four is the gap. It lists training and improving the company’s own AI models as a purpose of processing, and I found no opt-out switch in the settings or in the wiki. Some third-party reviews describe a private mode per conversation; it does not appear on any official page, so I treat it as unconfirmed.
Section seven, on the other hand, is the strongest part: personal data and chat history are deleted immediately when you delete your account, payment records kept for seven years and anonymized where possible, security logs for up to twelve months and with no personal reference. Deletion requests go to the support address, users in the EU and the UK have their GDPR rights, and changes to the policy are announced 14 days in advance.
Discretion in practice
Three things make the difference when somebody else has access to your inbox or your statement. First, signup with no name, using a throwaway address. Second, the descriptor S LABS INC, named identically in the wiki and the privacy policy. Third, the payment routes: Visa, Mastercard and Discover, crypto through a processor with a $20 minimum, or prepaid keys over three or twelve months that do not renew and cannot extend an active subscription.
On top of that, there is no store app to appear in your purchase history. For the 7 on privacy that is enough; for more, the missing pieces are an objection to training and a real age check.
Using Secrets AI day to day: login, browser app and canceling
Finally, the practical moves I get asked about most, usually by someone who has just hit the Secrets AI login and found an English-only interface sitting on top of a platform they expected to behave like an app.
Signup, language and setup
You sign up with an email, a username and a password, optionally with a Google or Apple account. The interface is English, but the characters answer in whatever language you write in, and for voice calls the wiki names more than 70 supported languages. For my three scenes I played in two languages across the two weeks; the tone survived, and only with wordplay does the character occasionally fall back into English.
There is no store app, and the wiki explicitly warns that identically named apps do not belong to the platform. You install from the browser: on iPhone via the share menu and “Add to Home Screen” from iOS 16.4 on, on Android through the Chrome menu, on the desktop via the install icon. Allow notifications and you get 25 Moments once.
Canceling, deleting and what stays afterward
Canceling takes three steps: settings, subscription management, cancel, with a short question about why. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for, your Moments balance stays usable until then, and chats, memories and generated files survive afterward on the free plan. For discretion that cuts both ways: nothing is deleted until you delete the account yourself, and that function also ends active subscriptions.
Refunds, as a rule, do not happen. Partial days are lost, Moments purchases are final, and only in the EU and the UK is there a 14-day right of withdrawal with a pro-rated deduction. An independent tester describes a longer cancellation flow with a countdown; for me the three steps ran exactly as the wiki describes. I still cancel a few days before renewal rather than on the day itself.
My advice for the first week
Put one evening’s 20 free messages into a single scene instead of spreading them across the day, then look at the memory panel: what sits in there tells you more about the platform than any plan page. If the tone fits, take a month of Premium, generate only images in the first week and deliberately leave clips alone until you know your consumption.
And keep your character sheet in a file of your own, the way I have done since my years as a forum moderator. Then you can carry the same character into another app tomorrow without reinventing her; which fields you need for that is in my guide to creating your own AI character.
Secrets AI: frequently asked questions
What is Secrets AI?
Secrets AI is an adult AI character app that runs in the browser and installs as a web app on your home screen. You write with characters drawn realistically or in anime style, generate images and short clips, talk on a voice call, and on Ultimate you can pull up to three characters into one group chat. The service is run by Secret Labs Inc. of Dover, Delaware.
Is Secrets AI free?
Free enough to try, yes. The free plan gives you 20 of your own messages a day, tied to the device so a second account cannot reset the limit, plus 200 Moments once. That is enough for one scene and one image. Free accounts cannot buy Moments, cannot rewind and get the base tier of the memory. It really starts at Premium for $19.99 a month or $109.99 a year.
What does Secrets AI really cost per month?
Premium costs $19.99 for one month, $49.99 for three, $89.99 for six and $109.99 for twelve months; Ultimate is $39.99 a month or $319.99 a year. On top comes your Moments consumption: 50 per image, 100 in 2K, 600 per clip in adult mode, 50 per minute of voice call. For pure writing on the yearly plan it works out at about $9.17 a month; with two clips a week, closer to $30.
What are Moments on Secrets AI?
Moments are the credit for everything except text. Premium includes 8,000 a month, Ultimate 15,000, and the allowances reset to the plan value at renewal instead of rolling over; purchased Moments do not expire. Canceled generations are refunded automatically, and anything a safety check stops is not billed. When you move up from a monthly plan, unused allowance converts into credit that never expires.
What shows up on the card statement for Secrets AI?
S LABS INC. That is what the official wiki and the privacy policy say, and checkout names the descriptor in advance. A few third-party sites claim a different company name, which I could not find on any official page. If you want no card trail at all, you pay through a crypto processor with a $20 minimum; as a third route there are prepaid keys over three or twelve months that do not renew by themselves.
How good is the memory on Secrets AI?
Good, and above all verifiable. In my check after a seven-day break, four of five details from the tavern came back. Stored facts sit in a panel with a weighting of HIGH, MEDIUM or LOW that you can edit, and one mode visibly searches old conversations before replying. Premium claims four times the access to memories and 60 percent more context, Ultimate six times and double the context; those figures come from the provider.
Is there a Secrets AI app?
Not in the App Store and not on Google Play, and the wiki explicitly warns that any store app under this name does not belong to the platform. You install it from the browser: on iPhone via Share and “Add to Home Screen” from iOS 16.4 on, on Android through the Chrome menu, on the desktop via the install icon in the address bar. Turning notifications on earns you 25 Moments once.
Can I get a refund from Secrets AI?
As a rule, no. Canceling stops future charges and leaves you access until the end of the period you paid for, but partial days are not refunded and Moments purchases are final. In the EU and the UK a 14-day right of withdrawal applies, with a pro-rated deduction for features you already used. You cancel in the settings under subscription management; I do it a few days before renewal.
The verdict: is Secrets AI worth it?
Grade B−, 7.1 out of 10. Conversation gets an 8: the characters hold their role even under pressure, the spice levels really move the tone, and the switch between short messages and prose works on request. Memory gets a 7: four of five details after seven days, and the missing one was traceably filed in the panel, which lifts the grade above the competition without reaching a campaign app. Pricing gets a 5: since the end of the $9.99 tier the entry point is $19.99, the Moments allowance resets at renewal, and 600 Moments for a clip is expensive once you count it in dollars. Privacy gets a 7: a clear legal entity, clear encryption standards, deletion per data category and neutral billing, held back by chats as training data with no way to object and an age check that is a checkbox.
Here is how I would start: open an account with a throwaway address, spread the 20 free messages a day across two evenings and play one short scene with a character from the library. If the tone fits, take a month of Premium for $19.99, but generate only images in the first week and no clips, so you learn your real consumption. Then you decide: the yearly plan at $109.99 if you write, or walking away if your 8,000 Moments are gone after twelve days. For adult players who put discretion and a verifiable memory above price, this is a clear recommendation.
The fastest way to tell whether this platform suits you is to put one evening's 20 free messages into a single scene and then look at the memory panel. If you would rather see the whole field with grades first, compare every app in my overview.
